Black Star Riders have detailed their fourth studio album ‘Another State of Grace’ and a Planet Rocks presents October 2019 UK tour with Stone Broken and Wayward Sons.
Set to be released in September, Black Star Riders recorded the follow-up to 2017’s ‘Heavy Fire’ at Sphere Studios in Burbank, California in February with acclaimed producer Jay Ruston (Stone Sour, Anthrax, Uriah Heep), who was also on mixing duties.
‘Another State of Grace’ is the first Black Star Riders long-player to feature drummer Chad Szeliga, who joined the band in 2017 following the departure of Jimmy DeGrasso, and Stone Sour’s Christian Martucci on lead guitar, who replaced Damon Johnson in December.
Following the September release of ‘Another State of Grace’, Black Star Riders will embark on a sprawling UK tour bracketing their previously announced Glasgow Braehead Arena gig with Saxon.
Special guests at all dates (except the Saxon gig in Glasgow) are Stone Broken, while Wayward Sons will open all the dates apart from Belfast.
Tickets to all shows are on sale now.
Ricky Warwick says of the tour: “I’m also very happy to have our friends in Stone Broken and Wayward Sons on the bill with us. A tour of epic proportions… not to be missed!”
