Warm but bittersweet modern prog. Technically highly proficient, it also manages to have a very human and brittle heart. Rather than just an excuse to show off how well the band can play their instruments, the songs here feel like real-life tales of loss and hurt. Prog is not usually good at portraying emotion and fragility, but here it comes across in waves.
